The Taste
This drink is all about contrast and balance. The matcha cream topping is smooth, lightly bitter, and rich, while the strawberry milk underneath is sweet, fruity, and refreshing. When the two layers meet, the flavors blend into something comforting but not heavy. It’s a dessert drink that feels both indulgent and fresh.
Ingredients
| 200 ml whole milk and 2 tbsp sugar | 100 g fresh strawberries |
| 100 ml heavy cream | 1 tsp matcha powder |
| cream chargers | Whipped cream dispenser |

Making the Strawberry Milk
Start with the strawberries. Blend them into a puree with the sugar until smooth. If you like a bit of texture, you can leave some small pieces. Pour the puree into a glass, then add the milk. Stir gently so the pink color spreads evenly, and set it aside. This gives you the base layer, sweet and fruity.
Preparing the Matcha Cream
In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder with a splash of warm water until there are no clumps. Mix this into the heavy cream so the green color blends evenly. Pour the matcha cream into your cream dispenser, connect it with one 1.1L or 3.3L nitrous oxide tank, release the n2o gas, and shake it well. What you get is a soft, foamy cream that holds its shape but still feels light.

Bringing It Together
Take the glass of strawberry milk and top it with the whipped matcha cream straight from the dispenser. The cream will sit on top, making a thick green layer over the pink milk. You can finish it with a dusting of matcha powder or a small slice of strawberry if you like. When you drink it, you’ll taste the sweet strawberry first, then the cream mixes in slowly with each sip, giving you that layered balance of flavors.
