Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

If the product you received is defective, damaged, incorrect, or has any issues caused by our fault, we will cover the return shipping costs after verification.

Customers must provide clear photo or video evidence immediately after discovering the issue:

  • Insufficient gas: Please record a video and weigh the tank immediately, then provide a clear photo of the weight measurement.
  • Damaged packaging/product: Please provide photos of the shipping label and the complete package/product condition.
  • Missing items: Please provide photos of the shipping label, complete package, and the inside contents showing the package size and quantity received.

Claims without sufficient evidence may not be approved.

 

If you wish to return the product for personal reasons, we accept returns, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs (the exact amount will depend on the courier you use). A 5% processing fee of the total order price will also apply. 

Please note, refunds will only cover the purchase price of the product and do not include the original shipping cost.

How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at service@massgass.com. If your return request is approved, we will send you a return label and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Timing：

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect your return.


Wholesale Order:

Due to the nature of wholesale purchases, all wholesale orders are final and cannot be returned.

 

 

Exchanges

If your order has already been shipped, exchanges are not possible. If your order has not yet shipped, you can request an exchange by contacting us at service@massgass.com. Please include your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange. The ability to fulfill your exchange request will depend on product availability and other factors. Our team will assess your request and inform you of the next steps.

Order Modifications

You can modify your order within 6 hours of placing it by contacting us at service@massgass.com. Please provide your order number and the changes you wish to make. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to modify it. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before submitting it to avoid any issues.
