Refund Policy
30-Day Return Policy
If the product you received is defective, damaged, incorrect, or has any issues due to our fault, we will cover all return shipping costs.
If you wish to return the product for personal reasons, we accept returns, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs (the exact amount will depend on the courier you use). A 3% processing fee of the total order price will also apply.
Please note, refunds will only cover the purchase price of the product and do not include the original shipping cost.
How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at service@massgass.com. If your return request is approved, we will send you a return label and detailed instructions on how to return your item.

Refund Timing:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect your return.
Exchanges
If your order has already been shipped, exchanges are not possible. If your order has not yet shipped, you can request an exchange by contacting us at service@massgass.com. Please include your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange. The ability to fulfill your exchange request will depend on product availability and other factors. Our team will assess your request and inform you of the next steps.
Order Modifications
You can modify your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at service@massgass.com. Please provide your order number and the changes you wish to make. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to modify it. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before submitting it to avoid any issues.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
