FAQS

Why use a cream charger for Frrrozen Hot Chocolate?
A cream charger creates ultra-smooth, fluffy whipped cream that holds its shape longer, making it perfect for topping cold drinks like Frrrozen Hot Chocolate.

Is Frrrozen Hot Chocolate really “hot”?
No. The term comes from using hot cocoa mix, but the drink itself is cold and slushy.

Why is the whipped cream watery or flat?
Under-pressurizing the cream dispenser or using warm cream can cause this. Always use chilled heavy cream and a fresh cream charger for the best results.

Can I make a vegan whipped cream topping?
Yes. Use coconut cream in your whipped-cream dispenser and connect a whipped cream charger normally.

Can kids drink Frrrozen Hot Chocolate?
Absolutely. It's non-caffeinated if you use standard cocoa mix.
